Who We Are

Route A was born out of the apparent need to provide guidance to young Nigerians in society on their journeys to self-actualization.

We are set to build a productive, self-efficient and economically progressive future for the next generation. The initiative aims to bridge the Gap between the Nigerian Youth, Decent Work and sustainable Economic Growth.

Our Vision

To bridge the gap between African youths and a Productive future.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to change the trajectory of African Youths towards productivity and economic progression by 2030, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. This we seek to achieve by:

Reaching over 1,000,000 youths annually with information, education and communication that will inspire productivity, utilizing strategic awareness creation tools.
Facilitating the provision of technical and vocational knowledge to at least100,000 youths annually.
Linking at least 100,000 Nigerian Youths annually to opportunities for a productive future.
